This Spring we were blessed with the arrival of our baby girl, Callie Anne Cole. She arrived on May 3, 2011 at 2:37am in Lankenau Hospital, Wynnewood, PA. Big brother Wyatt has come to love and adore his little sister...at least right now while she can't "steal" his toys. Callie is an absolute joy, especially since she is such a relaxed and happy little baby girl. She continues to grow longer weekly if not daily it seems and her bubbly personality is just busting at the seams. While I love her little, I am looking forward to watching her grow. Speaking of growing, Wyatt's vocabulary and personality have continued to evolve even more this summer and he is turning out to be a very curious and inquisitive little boy. There are some days when he seems to be making his own "declaration of his independence" the closer we get to his 2nd birthday. I wonder if year 2-3 is any indication of how kids will be as teenagers...
Summer with two little ones under the age of two has been an adjustment for Adam and I, but we're managing despite the exhaustion and excitement each day brings - we just feel fortunate to have two beautiful children. We've tried to spend as much time outside as we can and soak up time together until school starts again this fall and mommy has to go back to work (boo!) Recently, the Cole family took our first long road-trip to Charlotte, NC to visit Wyatt's godparents, Pete and Heather Mermell. They are expecting their first baby and we couldn't be more thrilled for them to begin this new adventure - good luck guys!!
